During her time in top-level corporate environments, Elizabeth grew frustrated over the lack of female coders in the industry. According to AnitaB.org, of tech and STEM-based companies that average 10,000 employees, just 27% are women.
Based on Elizabeth’s vision, Coco Coders is well-positioned to generate a seismic impact on the tech, coding, and female coding sectors. Recent KX’s surveys revealed that having coding as a core skill allows for better job opportunities—74 percent—and higher salaries—66 percent.
