Introducing the Coco Classroom

We have just launched the Coco Classroom, a brand new space designed specifically for children to learn how to code.

Until now, all of our coding lessons have run in Zoom meeting rooms. While Zoom is great for business meetings and it provided a solution for online learning during the pandemic, it’s not great for coding lessons, and certainly not for children. It has a lot of buttons and features that simply aren’t needed in lessons, and it can be distracting and daunting, especially for younger kids who aren’t yet familiar with computers.

It’s also very black and white and blue. There’s not a lot there to engage the imagination, and we know that keeping kids engaged is the first challenge when trying to teach them anything.

So, we’ve built our own online classroom from the ground up - a simple, colorful space where kids can learn to code with more fun, and less distractions.

Having our own classroom also allows us to build in great new features that will develop your child’s technology skills. Keep an eye out for badges that they’ll earn during lessons, and a visual learning journey that will show their progress.

We’d love your feedback

The Coco Classroom is very new, so please bear with us while we work through any teething issues. If anything isn’t working as it should, or if you have any ideas on how to make it better, we’d love for you to get in touch - send us an email at hi@cococoders.com or click the chat button.
